• Schedule Appointment
    The fastest and easiest way to schedule your appointment with the doctor is to contact
    our office at (516) 742-5715 and ask for Marina.  We will promptly schedule you with
    a convenient time to see the doctor.  For your convenience we also have an office map
    and directions available for you to print out. 
    Please don't delay as the majority of health conditions tend to worsen or recur without
    the appropriate care.

•  If you would like to know what is covered by your
    insurance carrier, please be sure to leave your insurance information when calling.    

 • Map and Directions
    From the North (Mineola area): Take Franklin Avenue (Mineola Boulevard in Mineola)
    South, to Stewart Ave and make left.  Go approximately 4 lights up and we are located
    on the left hand side. TIP: We are about 2 buildings after the Wingate Hotel.

    From the South (Hempstead area): Take Franklin Avenue north, cross over the train tracks
    and make a right onto Stewart Ave.  Go approximately 4 lights up, and we are located on
    the left hand side.  TIP: We are about 2 buildings after the Wingate Hotel.


    From the West (Northern State): Take Northern State to the Meadowbrook Parkway.
    Go to exit M3 (Stewart Avenue) on the Meadowbrook Parkway. Make a right at the  
    light onto Stewart Ave.  Go thru one more light, and look for 901.  We are located on
    the right hand side.  TIP: If you arrive at the Mobil gas station you have gone too far.
